Company Background: One of the largest Drinking Water Producers in the United States. This plant in Ontario, CA produces 120,000 bottles per hour.
Challenge: Niagara Water called late in the afternoon with a 150 HP, old Eaton Dynamatic Extruder drive that had gone down. This had shut down a key line that they relied on for a major customer’s product.
Solution: Our technician was on site within an hour and presented a repair vs. installation of a new inverter. The repair, because of availability of parts would take three days and the drive would still be "old". The new inverter we could "turnkey" install and get running that same night.
Results: Niagara was producing bottles again that same evening.
