Company Background: The West Coast's largest independently owned vertically-integrated carpet mill.
Challenge: Increase Royalty Carpet's production and retrofit dated equipment. Minimal downtime during the project was essential.
Solution: This job was systematically done, with minimum downtime, over the course of three months, on weekends. The startup of the line on Monday mornings now occurs at 7:30 AM vs. 9:00 AM.
Results: Doubling of their production, 45 FPM to 75 FPM. Increased the reliability of one line by at least 30%.
