Equipment Serviced: Field and shop service of Solid State Motor Controls including DC drives, AC drives, soft starters, PLCs, MMIs, timers and counters, temperature controllers, instrumentation, and process controls. Field Service Coverage: All (50) fifty States in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. International: Asia, Mexico, South America, and Canada. In-House Service Coverage: World-wide. Work Force: Total - 40: Technicians – 22, Electrical Engineers – 4, Support staff including: Sales; Accounting; and Panel Builders – 16. Training: Minimum 2 Years Electronic Associates Degree and manufacturers drive schools. All technicians troubleshoot down to a component level.
